No audio after pausing show

First time posting and ever reporting anything so I hope I’m in the right place! So I just loaded up Stardew Valley to explore the Night Market for the first time, and headed into the mermaid show. However, after pausing the game by bringing up the crafting menu, all sounds disappeared. I made no sound walking around and leaving the show didn’t trigger the Night Market music. I tried leaving and reentering the beach, going home and going to sleep, as well as exiting to the titel screen but...

Spicy Eel bug on Switch

This is more exploit-y than buggy but considering it makes the player character somewhat difficult to control, I think it’s a bug.

I’ve been playing Stardew on the Nintendo Switch for a bit now and I noticed a bug when consuming Spicy Eel in the Skull Caverns. I first noticed this bug prior to the 1.4 update for Switch and haven’t had a chance to test it with 1.4 because I started a new file.

When eating Spicy Eel in Skull Cavern, the buff effects work as intended on the first use of the...

Description:
This mod adds Tea as a brand new crop with the same growth time/cycle as Coffee, and offers 9 different Tea drinks through unique cooking recipes.
It also includes, 4 'Artisan style' items crafted through Kitchen Cooking; to better profit off of Tea.

Because, this is was originally an XNB only mod. The mail data was modified so NPCs will send cooking recipes...

Animal Sitter config

Hi,

I have the animal sitter mod, updated version from pathoschild
I tried to configure it to only do the strict minimum: petting the animal but it's still pickings eggs, feathers and truffle.

Anybody got any idea why and how i could fix this?

Been a fan of Protogen (the furry race) for a good while now, about a year ago there was a really good mod but has since vanished off the face of the internet, and the current one on the Steam Workshop while nice, is lacking almost all the core details that make the Protogen... Protogen.

Wondering how much it may cost to commission someone if anyone is willing to make said mod.

Hi!
I started a save file almost 90 hours ago to play with my girlfriend. This save file has been experiencing a weird quest bug, which I thought didn't matter until trying to get to level 100 in skull cavern for the final health upgrade.

A while back on our save file when the "Qi's challenge" quest came up for us both she somehow accepted it properly, while my character did not somehow start the quest properly.

Because of this I have not been able to properly close out that Quest, thus...

[SOLVED] Custom Status Effect LUA

I'm trying to change it so that instead of having the status effect go away when in water, it will stop if you drink a certain food item OR have a certain status effect already going. (It is similar to fire/burning, but different.) How can one do this with LUA? I've read tutorials, looked at the Wiki, etc.. But it's really hard for me understand what I'm really supposed to be doing.

Type 'divorce' before going to bed and your spouse should be gone by the next morning(Your spouse's room will disappear the next time you load your save.)
Extras:
'bye_child" to delete your children.
"spawn_child (name)" to spawn a child. The baby is invisible until the next morning.

Automate lets you place a chest next to a machine (like a furnace or crystalarium), and the machine will pull raw items from the chest and push processed items into it. Connect multiple machines with a chest to create factories.

Ok, this might be edge case. <very likely is edge case>

And maybe they are not, but the title seemed catchy. :)

Either way, since there are three sides to the starting parsnip argument and different ways to get to farming 6 by Spring whatever... I was building a spreadsheet from the wiki values and something stood out to me.
Tulips provide 45 energy and 20 health each. For a cost of 20g. Sure you water then for 2 more days than parsnips. But for 4 e more upfront you get 20 E gain later...

Why are tulips better than parsnips?

So I'm having a good time with the new update. I think the bounty system is something that'll keep me going for a while, only one problem.

Some of the missions require you to search for a password for a 4-digit number lock. The earlier missions work fine, I beat them, but the later missions just give me... "<password>" View attachment 214992

Now you're probably thinking "Just go put it in then." Well, I can't.

After the 1.4 update introduced the gift log I noticed something that I'm curious about. Some of the gifts in the log have a tiny blue face...dot...thing next to them and I'm curious as to what that tiny blue face...dot...thing is?? What is it's purpose??
