I get that I can only use it to sell crops and the like, but it won't work at all. There's just a "X-X" at the bottom of it. Suggestions?

So, I have made a universe that is okay-ish. The style of sci fi, is (sci-fantasy?) Where there is magic, but it has a lot of limits and there is also steampunk style technology. My world takes place in the 1800s and there are two co-existing races: The Orcs, who are very technological and have perks like being able to touch red-hot metal or fire, heal twice as fast as humans and are twice as strong. And then there are Humans, who have magic but otherwise are pretty normal.

Can anyone help me with some ideas on how to improve my universe I am building?

Dialogue On Starbounder Wiki

I’ve noticed that with some objects (such as limestone) the wiki only has racial dialogue for Florans, Glitch, and Novakids. Does anybody know why this is? I see it a lot.

Hi, I am Tannie. I really love the game, but I can't play it. I am too old, so my reaction time is too slow. I did make progress in the mines, but it was oh so terrible & slow. I had to do a lot of restarts, and do it before I watered to try to make sure to get 5 levels done. Fishing is impossible for me. I tried, and tried, and tried, but still lose most of the fish.

I have put in over 65 hours of game play, yet I am only 1/2 through the summer of the first year. This is from starting,...

Was Starbound abandoned?

I have to say folks what a lot of us have been thinking. I think Starbound has been abandoned by developers. There haven't been any news or any new patches for Starbound for a while now. Effectively last Changelog (1.3.2) is dated 18th July, 2017.

We were expecting 1.4.0 patch the Bounty Hunter upgrade but it was officially cancelled. And the recent Discord store integration does nothing for the game, except it can be bought on another platform. So the question to the developers of this...

Was Starbound abandoned?
