1.3+ Crew are MORE annoying than ever!

Dear Lord, Chucklefish... are you guys trying to make me hate my crew to the point I want to murder them to get rid of them or something?

Ever since Patch 1.3, crew are now constantly opening and closing doors if the other annoying behavior they had before wasn't enough. I can't count the number of times a crewmember shuts a door in my face as I'm trying to walk through it, and how all the crew want to hang out in the bridge and make it impossible for me to click the Captain's Chair.

Pet Quests - Still available?

I know before sometimes I got a quest to capture a monster for a quest, then got a Gifted Pet as a reward. Are these quest still in the game? I have not seen one yet. Or are these only available from a City/Town that you build using Colony deeds.

Hello guys,
I just release my little mod called StashItemsToChest.

I have been waiting for SmartMod to update to the newest version of Stardew Valley and SMAPI but it seems like its author has forgotten about it. So here, a little replacement in the mean time.

This mod only provides the most-used feature of Smartmod (imo), the Tab function.
Just like Smartmod tab function, this mod allows you to quickly put items into chest using one button click.

How do you give crew members Armor and/or Weapons without mods?

It is possible to give your crew members items such as armor or weapons without the use of mods? Crew members have plenty of health, so it would make sense to not give them armor, but what about weapons? Can you change their weapons without the use of mods (Because I suck at adding mods to anything)?

Abandoned Mining Facilities

Personally, I've always thought it's a bit weird how different Erchius Mining Facility mission was to actual moon environment - it makes the game feel actually somewhat inconsistent on what erchius mining really is like.

For example, the mission has a facility, while the moons don't have any. In the mission we face an Erchius Horror, a completely different enemy than the Erchius Ghosts we see on every moon. Erchius crystals in the mission are shaped very differently than the liquid erchius...

How did you find out about Stardew Valley? Were you following the game before its release? Did you happen to see it on steam and think it looked neat? Did a friend or family member show it to you? Did you come across Stardew Valley fanart and decide to try the game?



For me I noticed one of my classmates playing it before class and I was interested in it. I asked him what the game was about and gave me a brief idea.

How can I change the name of an NPC?

This goes for dialogue and below their portrait. I'm trying to mod a specific character into the game and I have no experience with making custom NPCs, so I find it would probably be easier to just name change an NPC along with their sprite and portraits. I have all the needed resources for modding, I just need a little help on what files are required to edit.

Any game from any platform. I have two.

Call of Duty - Black Ops - The first big game I got after building my PC. Sadly the bugs prevented me from playing it for a long while, and when I did get round to playing it, I felt that it didn't live up to the hype

Legends of Pegasus - I love my 4x space sim games, and this one seemed really promising. After weeks of promises regarding updates, bug fixes and work, they cancelled it. I had to twist Steam's arm to get them to give me my money back,...
